Jared Walls

Jared Walls is a partner in the WTS Global U.S. member firm, Valentiam Group, which specializes in transfer pricing and valuation services.  Jared also co-leads the WTS Global Transfer Pricing Service Line and is a member of the WTS Global Steering Committee.  

Jared has approximately 17 years of experience advising multinational enterprises on a wide range of transfer pricing and valuation matters, including the following:

• U.S. Tax Reform modeling and planning;
• Digital economy transfer pricing;
• Tax-efficient supply chain planning and value chain transformation;
• Global transfer pricing documentation;
• Operational transfer pricing, including integration of ERP systems with Microsoft Excel and VBA;
• Cost-sharing arrangements;
• Intangible property and legal entity tax valuations;
• Advance pricing agreements (APAs);
• Audit defense; and
• Litigation support.

Prior to joining Valentiam, Jared worked in the transfer pricing practice of a Big 4 firm in Madrid, where he led the knowledge management and economic analysis and technical research and development divisions of the firm’s Spanish transfer pricing practice.
