Andrea Santini
Andrea Santini is Tax Manager at CVC Capital Partners; based in Singapore, Santini provides internal tax advisory on the investments by the funds managed by CVC Capital Partners in the Asian region.
With over 12 years of experience in international tax across several jurisdictions (Italy, Luxembourg and Singapore), Santini has a deep experience in tax matters relating to international transactions and M&A and has been focusing for 5 years on the recent development about exchange of information, notably US FATCA and CRS.
Santini earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Italy at the Bocconi University and also achieved a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Before joining CVC, he worked with the PwC network and another major Italian firm.
