Rafael Barbosa de Sousa is a Tax Auditor for the City of São Paulo since 2014, and currently serves as Head of Appellate and Legal Services of the City of São Paulo Bureau of Revenue. As such, Rafael is responsible for managing a team of approx. 150 Auditors and other civil servants, who collectively decide on over twelve thousand tax appeals every year, along with thousands of claims for tax immunity, exemptions and other benefits.
